Black Eyed Peas - The Time (Dirty Bit) (Wideboys Remix)

Song Info:

"The Time (Dirty Bit)", also known as "The Time (The Dirty Bit)", is a song by American hip hop group The Black Eyed Peas from their sixth studio album, The Beginning. The song was released as the album's lead single on November 5, 2010. The chorus of the song samples "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" from the 1987 film Dirty Dancing. The song has peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US, becoming the group's ninth top ten hit. It peaked at number one in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, while also charting inside the top 10 on most European charts.

Music Video Info:

The music video for "The Time (Dirty Bit)" was released on November 23, 2010 and was directed by Rich Lee, who had previously directed the video for "Rock That Body" and "Imma Be". It opens with a zoom-in to a city street where, as will.i.am sings the beginning, his head voxelizes and transforms into a television screen where Fergie is projected during her solo. The video then cuts to sweaty dancers at an underground nightclub, who, along with the Peas, also variously become voxelized throughout the song. The avatars seen on the cover of the new album 'The Beginning' appear as posters, and the BlackBerry PlayBook appears as pre-release product placement, seen animating them in an augumented reality application and making special effects in this video. The animated versions of the band members are in this order: will.i.am, Fergie, apl.de.ap and Taboo.[27][28]

Inna - 10 Minutes (Play and Win Club Remix)

Song Info:

10 Minutes is a synth/electropop song by Romanian female recording artist Inna and features Play & Win, songwriters and producers of this and of the rest of Inna's songs. In Romania it was released as her fifth single in order to promote the Romanian release of Inna's debut album Hot, which also included earlier chart successes such as "Hot", "Amazing" and "Déjà Vu". The leaked version of "10 Minutes" premiered on Inna's official YouTube page in December, 2009 and was sent to Romanian mainstream radios on January 25, 2010. It peaked at number eighteen on the Romanian Top 100. For its international release, a music video was shoot during June 2010 in London. "10 Minutes" was released as the fourth single from Hot in France and the fifth in the Netherlands.

Music Video Info:

The music video for "10 Minutes" premiered on June 29, 2010 on Inna's official site. The video was filmed in London and was directed by legendary Paul Boyd (colaborated with Mariah Carey or Shania Twain.). The music video didn't manage to become a hit in Romania, and it hasn't been added to the playlist of all the Romanian TV channels, the only channel to broadcast it in heavy rotation was MTV Romania. The video gained over 25, 000, 000 views on YouTube, 5,000,000 views only on Inna's official channel and other at least 10, 000, 000 views on Spinnin' Records' official channel. The Pussycat Dolls-inspired music video shows Inna dancing in a club and flirting with a waiter, while other people are sturstrucked by her. It is a club-oriented video and shows Inna making-up before a show in London suburbs.

The United Kingdom version of the video premiered in early January, 2011, on All Around the World Productions' official YouTube page - SteveAATW. The video was shorted by cutting out some repetetive scenes and focusing on Inna's image. The UK edit lasts for only 2 minutes and 33 seconds. As Media Forest Romania stated on their Facebook profile, the msuic video was already aired in France, Israel and Switzerland, as of January, 2011.

Selena Gomez & The Scene - A Year Without Rain (The Alias Radio Edit)

Song Info:

A Year Without Rain is the second studio album by American band Selena Gomez & the Scene. The album was released on September 17, 2010 via Hollywood Records. The band once again worked with writers and producers from their debut, Kiss & Tell such as Rock Mafia duo Tim James, and Antonina Armato, as well as Fefe Dobson, Toby Gad, and Superspy. New contributions came from Kevin Rudolf, Katy Perry, Jonas Jeberg and RedOne among others. Due to the success of their breakout hit, "Naturally," the album draws mainly from dance-pop, rather than the pop rock sound of Kiss & Tell. While making use of the auto-tune effect, the album is also electropop, and infuses influences of several other genres, including dancehall, techno, and R&B, among others. According to Gomez, most of the songs on the album are dedicated to the fans, while she wanted content with more melodies and empowering lyrics. Lyrical themes include topics of love, freedom, and the joy of living in the moment.

The album has been given mostly positive reviews, with critics noting it as an improvement from the band's debut album. A Year Without Rain debuted in the United States at number four selling 66,000 copies in its first week.[1] The album has so far spawned two top forty singles in the United States, lead single, "Round & Round" and follow-up "A Year Without Rain". In January 2011, the album was certified Gold by RIAA.[2]

Katy Perry - Firework (Wideboys Radio Edit)

Artist Info:

The discography of Katy Perry, an American singer-songwriter and musician, contains three studio albums, one live album, one extended play (EP), ten singles, four promotional singles, and thirteen music videos. Perry released a self-titled gospel album in 2001, under her birth name Katy Hudson, which failed; she subsequently recorded an album with production team The Matrix and completed most of a solo album called (A) Katy Perry from 2004–05, which was never released.[1][2] After signing with Capitol Records in 2007, her fourth record label in seven years, she adopted the stage name Katy Perry and began recording tracks for her mainstream debut album, One of the Boys. A digital EP, Ur So Gay, was released in November 2007 which garnered attention but did not chart. One of the Boys' lead single "I Kissed a Girl" was released in May 2008 and topped the charts around the world, including the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, as well as the charts in Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The album was released in June and debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200, going on to be certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). "Hot n Cold" was released as the next single and it also topped the charts in Canada, Germany and the Netherlands. Both "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot n Cold" were certified triple platinum by the RIAA. Subsequent singles from the album include "Thinking of You" and "Waking Up in Vegas": the latter reached number nine on the Billboard Hot 100.

In 2009, Perry was featured on two singles: a remix of Colorado-based band 3OH!3's song "Starstrukk" in August, and "If We Ever Meet Again", the fourth single off Timbaland's Shock Value II in December. Both singles reached the top ten in Australia, Ireland, and the UK. In the same year, Perry performed for MTV Unplugged and a live album of the performance was released in November. Teenage Dream, Perry's third studio album, was released in August 2010 and debuted at number one in the US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Lead single "California Gurls" features rapper Snoop Dogg and peaked at number one in the US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and the UK. The following singles "Teenage Dream" and "Firework" have reached the top ten in these six countries, and number one in the US.

Daniel Bedingfield - If You're Not The One (The Passengerz Girlfriend Club Edit)

Song Info:

"If You're Not the One" is a pop song written by Daniel Bedingfield and produced by Mark Taylor for Bedingfield's debut album Gotta Get thru This (2002). The song features Bedingfield singing falsetto in the chorus, where he hits the note Eb5 (his backing vocal hits the note G5).

The song was released as the third single from the album on 22 November 2002 (see 2002 in music) in the United Kingdom, following the release of "Gotta Get thru This" and "James Dean (I Wanna Know)". The single entered the top 20 on the majority of charts that it appeared on, including being a number one hit in the UK Singles Chart and reaching number 15 in the United States.

"If You're Not the One" received a mixed reception from critics, with some commenting that the song was a simple piece of cheesy pop music. Others critics offered praise for the emotive feel of the song and Bedingfield's use of his full vocal range.

Music Video Info:

The music video was produced by Mark Read. It video begins with a series of images of Bedingfield singing in various positions against a black backdrop. When the chorus starts he is seen singing with clouds in the background. The initial sequence is repeated for the second verse. However half-way through he starts to write on a wall. The rest of the song follows the same pattern.

Baby Alice - Piña Colada Boy

Artist Info:

In 2005 Tim and Andreas began to produce music together. At this point, without any intentions at all to get a serious music group out on the market.

From the beginning, all of Baby Alice's tracks were just made for fun with really provocative lyrics. The tracks included very sexual lyrics combined with great melodies, which people started to talk about! The rumor about Baby Alice spread fast online where the radio stations and their listeners immediately took them to their hearts. Every single release that came from Baby Alice took its place as #1 on all of the web-radio stations hit-charts and the groups popularity grew fast!

A greater demand to get Baby Alice on stage for Live performances was a fact and during autumn of 2005, Baby Alice performed Live for the first time.

In 2006, Tim and Andreas found a vocalist called Sandra who would become their "on stage vocalist" for the forthcoming 4 years.

Time passed by and so did gig after gig and the name of Baby Alice could be seen more frequently on stages in Sweden and abroad on line ups along with other great artists.

In the summer of 2007 Baby Alice had their hit "Mr. DJ" for their first time played on national Swedish radio, and got their first signing with major label Warner Music that also brought Baby Alice releases abroad.

In 2008, one year after the "Mr. DJ" release, Baby Alice left their label Warner Music for another one - Catchy Tunes. The first track supposed to be released for Catchy Tunes was called "Piña Colada Boy". The track slipped out on CD compilations and online but the official release never took its place. Almost one year passed before Baby Alice released their next official single name - "Hurricane" in 2009. This single started to bring Baby Alice to perform also abroad.

The first single, "Mr.DJ" gave Baby Alice a great push in the right direction and "Hurricane" placed Baby Alice as an established Eurodance-group on the market.
When all of focus was on "Hurricane", "Piña Colada Boy" grew online and turned into a massive hit all around the world! And now, 2 years after the "slip out"-release, is "Piña Colada Boy" bigger than ever.

In 2010, a new member took her place in Baby Alice and replaced Sandra as the new vocalist. And just a few weeks later, Baby Alice finally, officially, releases their online monster-hit, and crazy popular track "Piña Colada Boy", which hopefully will turn the summer of 2010 to something extra for all of us!

Baby Alice loves to perform on stage and that is what they want to do! To deliver their music live! So be sure to follow Tim, Andreas and Natalie in their way to the top as the fastest upcoming Eurodance-group in Sweden - Baby Alice!

Miley Cyrus - Who Owns My Heart (The Alias Mix) - Vj Tony MacAroni Video Mix

Song Info:

"Who Owns My Heart" is a song by American recording artist Miley Cyrus. The song was written by Cyrus, Antonina Armato, Tim James and Devrim Karaoglu, and produced by Armato and James. "Who Owns My Heart" was released on October 22, 2010 by Hollywood Records as the second single from Cyrus' third studio album Can't Be Tamed, in selected European countries. The song was written about the feelings a club's environment can lead someone to believe. "Who Owns My Heart" is musically club-oriented and driven by synths. Lyrically, the song speaks of meeting a potential love interest at a club.

The song garnered mixed reception from music critics. Some critics argued it was dull and faceless, while other deemed it one of the best tracks on Can't Be Tamed. "Who Owns My Heart" failed to become a commercial success, unlike its proceeder "Can't Be Tamed". It managed to perform moderately in Dutch-speaking, European territories, its highest international peak being achieved in Belgium (Flanders), at number two. It also charted in Austria, Germany, and Slovakia. A corresponding music video for "Who Owns My Heart" was directed by Robert Hales. It follows Cyrus throughout preparing herself for, arriving, and dancing at a mansion party. The video received criticism from the Parents Television Council (PTC) for its sexual elements. The song was promoted through several live performances in Europe.

The music video for "Who Owns My Heart" was directed by Robert Hales, who previously directed the video for "Can't Be Tamed", and filmed on August 6 and 7, 2010 in Detroit, Michigan.[22] The video commences with Cyrus asleep, blindfolded on a mattress in a bedroom. She awakens and writhes on the mattress. Following, Cyrus proceeds to a bathroom, her attire is composed of a white tank top, white boy shorts, a fishnet hair wrap, rollers, and heavy metal jewelry. While in the bathroom scenes, Cyrus sings as she sits on the edge of a bathtub and prepares herself for an upcoming party. With the arrival of the song's refrains, Cyrus appears writhing in the backseat of a limousine, costumed in a low-cut gold halter top, black hots pants, a black jacket with shoulder pads, and big hair. Once arrived at the mansion party, she is first seen dancing atop a big, wooden table. In the continuation of the video, Cyrus dances with multiple people on the dance floor. Cut-scenes feature Cyrus in all prior scenes or dancing with others in the mansion's study. The video concludes with Cyrus back in her bedroom, once again waking up.

The video for "Who Owns My Heart" was premiered in MSN Spain on October 8, 2010.[23]MTV News said, "There comes a time in every pop princess' career when she must throw a sexy dance party and proclaim her womanhood. Back in 2001 Britney Spears did as much in 'I'm a Slave 4 U,' and this week, Miley Cyrus is doing the same in the video for her club-ready track 'Who Owns My Heart.'"[24] Tanner Stransky of Entertainment Weekly[14] Stransky said the sultry aspect of the video added to its frothy, "thumpa-thumpa deliciousness".[14] Edith Zimmerman of New York magazine viewed it as "awkward".[25] Megan Vick of Billboard thought the video followed the same steps as the video for "Can't Be Tamed" — dark lighting, lots of bare Cyrus parts and writhing around on flat surfaces. Vick recalled Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" video when seeing the bathroom scene and viewed the ending as a relief.[26] Tim Winter, president of the Parents Television Council (PTC), criticized the video for its suggestiveness and sexual elements.[27] Winter continued, "It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one. It sends messages to her fanbase that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fanbase so rapidly."[27] Jocelyn Vena of assumed the theme of the video were the divergent hairstyles, but acclaimed the video for its fun.
