Song Info:

"A Year Without Rain" is a song by American band Selena Gomez & the Scene. It was written and produced by Toby Gad, and co-written by Lindy Robbins. The song was released on September 7, 2010 as the second single from the band's sophomore album of the same name. The single was performed on Good Morning America. A Spanish version of the song was featured on the deluxe edition of A Year Without Rain and was named "Un Año Sin Ver Llover".

The music video, directed by Chris Dooley, shot on location in Lucerne Valley, California, premiered on September 3, 2010 on Disney Channel after the movie premiere of Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. It starts off with the band driving through the desert. Selena Gomez removes a photograph from the sun visor, which is subsequently blown away by the wind. The chorus commences as Gomez steps out of the vehicle and begins to sing. As the video progresses, a multitude of photographs of her relationship fall from the sky. During the bridge, it starts to rain as Gomez spots her love interest in the distance. The two begin to walk towards each other, and the video ends as they meet.
